SHIPPING
We ship internationally, and the shipping cost depends on your location. For Germany, shipping is flat-rate and free for orders over €75. For our European Union neighbors (Zone 1), shipping is free for orders over €150. For all other international destinations, shipping costs are based on DHL’s international zones listed below. As a small brand, we aim to keep things simple and sustainable, so our international shipping rates reflect the actual costs of delivery. RETURNS
You have a 14-day period to return items. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Custom-made rings, which are made to the specific size you order, are excluded from returns. Before sending anything back, contact us first via our contact form so we can guide you through the process. Full details are also available in our Terms and Conditions.
